    The eSIM card is an electronic SIM card with which you can activate the cellular data plan provided by your operator without the need to use a physical SIM card.

    If you do not have Data Roaming enabled on your eSIM, in most cases you won’t be able to get online. To enable Data Roaming, follow these steps:

    1. Go to phone Settings
    2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data
    3. Tap your YOverse plan
    4. Scroll down to Data Roaming
    5. Tap the switch on

    At Global YO, our unlimited plans are designed to meet the high demands of our users. To ensure fair access and prevent any abuse of the service, we have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in place.

    Here’s how it works: After you reach 1GB of high-speed data usage in a day, some of our partner networks may reduce your speed. But don’t worry, you’ll still have access to unlimited data, just at a lower speed. This helps maintain optimal network performance for all users.

    After using 1GB of high-speed data in a single day, you’ll still have access to unlimited data, but at a lower speed. This limitation is renewed daily, so you can enjoy your high-speed data every day. This ensures you can continue web browsing, emailing, and accessing online services without interruption, just at a slower pace.

    In summary: Unlimited data is available, but partner networks may reduce speeds after 1GB/day to ensure fair usage and prevent service abuse, keeping everyone connected.

    Can I buy data with my YOYO$?

    Of course! When you purchase a data package, you can use your hard-earned YOYO$ bonuses to pay up to 50% of the total cost. How cool is that?

    Can I use data without an eSIM?

    All YOverse data plans need to be linked to an eSIM, so you’ll have to install an eSIM before acquiring a plan. However, the good news is that our eSIMs are free!

    You’ll only have to pay a $0.70 cent activation fee (Euros) which maintains your eSIM valid for one year; after that you’ll have to get a new eSIM and pay the activation fee again.

    Do I have a local phone number with eSIM?

    No, your eSIM is for data only and doesn’t come with a phone number. This means you can use it for data anywhere in the world! Plus, you can make calls using YO SHOUT, which allows you to connect to any phone number worldwide, whether it’s a landline or a cell phone.

    Can I top up my Global YO eSIM+?

    Yes, throughout the Global YO app.

    What should I do if I delete or lose my Global YO eSIM+ QR code?

    The QR code is always available in the My eSIM bubble of the Global YO app.

    Do I have to activate data roaming on my device?

    Yes, it’s required to complete the eSIM activation and to be able to use the service while in another country.

    What is the speed that I will have with the Global YO eSIM+?

    Up to 4G, LTE, and 5G speeds, depending on coverage.

    Can I keep my WhatsApp number?

    Yes, with all conversations and contacts as the Global YO eSIM+ does not include a phone number.

    When will I receive my Global YO eSIM+?

    Immediately via email and in-app after your payment is processed.

    Can I call and send SMS with my Global YO eSIM+?

    As the Global YO eSIM+ does not include a phone number, it does not include calls or SMS services. Calls are available as an independent service: YO SHOUT

    When do the days of my data plan start counting?

    If you’ve purchased the Global YO eSIM+ from the website, the days start counting upon finishing the purchase. If you’ve purchased it from the app, you can manually activate your eSIM within one year from the purchase date
