Global YO eSIM Refund Policy 

YO, savvy traveler! At Global YO, we get it – sometimes things just don’t go as planned. Whether you’ve accidentally bought an eSIM for Mars instead of Miami, or you’re just having second thoughts, we’re here to make your refund process as smooth as possible. 

Here’s the deal: 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Unused eSIMs: If you haven’t activated your eSIM, you’re golden! Unused eSIMs are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Because who needs an extra eSIM lying around, right? 
  • Technical Problems: If the eSIM can’t be installed or used due to a technical issue on our end, you’re covered. 
  • Compatibility Issues: If you purchased an eSIM for an incompatible device and haven’t used any data, you can request a refund within 30 days. We will issue a one-time refund in this case as a gesture of goodwill, but no repeated refunds will be given.  
  • Faulty eSIM: If the eSIM is defective and cannot be used as intended, we’ll get you sorted. 
  1. How to Request a Refund
  • Step 1: Shoot us an email at support@globalyo.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Extra points for entertaining stories! 
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and get back to you. 
  • Step 3: If approved, you’ll see the refund hit your account within 30 business days. No magic tricks, just straightforward processing. 
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Expired eSIMs: If your eSIM expired before you got a chance to activate it, we can’t refund you.  
  • Partial Usage: If you’ve used a bit of the data, we can’t give a partial refund. It’s all or nothing, baby. 
  • Third-Party Purchases: If you bought our eSIM through a third party, you’ll need to contact them directly for refunds. We can’t help with purchases made outside of our website or app. 
  • Fraudulent Purchases: Refunds are refused if there’s evidence of abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or any fraudulent activity. Play fair, folks! 
  • Unauthorized Purchases: These are subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund. We may suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity. 
  1. Special Circumstances
  • Faulty eSIM: If your eSIM is faulty (hey, it happens), contact our support team at support@globalyo.com. We’ll troubleshoot and get you a replacement ASAP if needed. 
  • Weak Signal: Weak signal? Contact support and we’ll troubleshoot and discuss the best way to solve your case. We’re here to make it right! 
  • Cooperation Required: For all cases, cooperation in troubleshooting and resolving the issue is required for the refund to be granted.
